I enjoyed location and staff - they were very good! I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a multi-channel television and a writing table. A bidet was clean and everything was good.

We loved the hotel and Niagara Falls, had 1 good day there. The good service and shuttle to all the attractions far exceeded our expectations.
